NORTHEAST WISCONSIN – Several area baseball standouts earned recognition from the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association as the organization released its 2026 All-State teams, with Pulaski senior Braun Wotruba leading the way.
Wotruba was named Second Team All-State as an infielder after putting together one of the best offensive seasons in northeast Wisconsin. The Pulaski standout hit .471 during his senior campaign and helped lead the Red Raiders to another successful season. His selection places him among the top infielders in Wisconsin and highlights a career that made him one of the premier players in the Fox River Classic Conference.
Pulaski was not the only local program represented on the statewide teams.
Bay Port senior pitcher Parker Lawson earned Second Team All-State honors after a dominant season on the mound. Lawson finished 8-1 with a sparkling 0.99 ERA, helping lead the Pirates to another strong postseason run. Bay Port also placed sophomore infielder Eli Hart and senior outfielder Carson Hawley on the Honorable Mention All-State team after standout offensive seasons.
Seymour landed two players on the statewide list. Senior infielder Cayden Staffeldt was selected to the Third Team All-State squad after batting .424 for the Thunder, while Carson Staffeldt earned Honorable Mention recognition after hitting .414 and serving as one of Seymour’s most consistent offensive threats throughout the season.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s Zandyr Barke was recognized with Honorable Mention All-State honors after batting .451. The Chargers standout was a key contributor at the plate and helped guide Wittenberg-Birnamwood through another successful season in central Wisconsin.
Amherst also saw multiple players recognized. Michael Glodowski earned Honorable Mention All-State after hitting .384, while teammate Sully Perkins was selected as an Honorable Mention outfielder. The pair helped anchor an Amherst lineup that remained competitive throughout the season.
Oconto Falls was represented on the WBCA Academic All-State Team as Landon Delfosse earned recognition for his excellence both in the classroom and on the baseball field. Academic All-State honorees must maintain a 4.0 GPA or higher while also earning first or second-team all-conference recognition.
De Pere’s Isaac Herlache also received Academic All-State honors, joining an elite group of student-athletes recognized for balancing high-level academic achievement with success on the diamond.
