SHAWANO, WI – Thursday night’s Thursdayz @ Franklin concert in downtown Shawano has been canceled due to weather concerns.
The Shawano Parks and Recreation Department announced that the scheduled performance by Brass Differential will not take place as planned. The jazz and party band had been scheduled to perform from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. tonight at Franklin Park.
Parks and Recreation officials encouraged residents to watch the department’s social media channels and website for updates regarding future Thursdayz @ Franklin events and any possible rescheduling information.
The Thursdayz @ Franklin series is sponsored by numerous local businesses and organizations and serves as one of Shawano’s signature summer community events.
