Freedom advanced to the regional final with a dominant 5-0 victory over Wautoma/Wild Rose in a WIAA Division 3 regional semifinal Thursday. The Irish controlled the match from start to finish, earning their1tenth win and third straight shutout. Freedom improved to 14-3 on the season and continued its strong postseason push after recent victories over New London, Marinette, Waupaca and Peshtigo. The Irish will now move on to the regional championship match.
