SHAWANO, WI- At this time, all westbound lanes of WIS 29 between WIS 22 and County MMM near Shawano remain closed following a vehicle fire.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the incident was reported around 6:00 a.m. The Shawano County Sheriff’s Department said all westbound lanes were blocked as emergency crews responded to the fire.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes while crews work at the scene. The closure was expected to last approximately two hours.
