Aliya Cox led the way with first-place finishes in the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles, long jump, and triple jump, while Lexi Remic added runner-up finishes in the long jump and 400 along with a third-place finish in the 200. Ginger Gerndt captured the 800-meter run and also placed in the 1600, 3200, and pole vault for the Eagles. Suring also had solid relay performances, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 4×800 relay and another third-place finish in the 4×400 relay. In the field events, Chloe Schroeder, Karissa Hischke, and Ellayna Skarban helped Suring pile up points with top-six finishes in both the shot put and discus.

@ De Pere – FRCC Championship

The Redbirds boys team was led by Senior Grady Lenn sweeping the middle distance events with a winning time of 1:54.84 in the 800 and 4:15.29 in the 1600, both dominant performances. The Redbirds also got a win from Tyler Hancock in the 110m hurdles (14.31, personal best), and Noah Vander Heyden took the triple jump title at 44’4″. De Pere added relay points as well, winning the 4×100 in 43.57. Freshman Luca Johnson had an impressive day in the field, finishing third in both the long jump and triple jump.

Bay Port’s girls put together an impressive meet led by junior Hailey Schroeder, who won the 100 meters in a personal-best 12.23 and finished second in the 200. Freshman London LaBlonde was right there with her, finishing second in the 100 and third in the 200 while also placing third in the high jump. The Pirates were competitive across the board, picking up relay points in the 4×800 (second place) and 4×400 (fourth place). The Amherst Track and Field teams swept 1st place at Rosholt. The Amherst boys won the 4×75, 4×400 and 4×800 relays, while Ayden Nerdahl won the long jump and Cal Lusic led a 1-2-3 Amherst sweep in the triple jump. Morgan Brown also took second in the 1600, Carter Groshek was third in the 100, and Deqlund Waltenberg placed third in the 300 hurdles. On the girls side, Amherst was led by Alexis Wierzba, who won the discus with a throw of 139 feet, while Ava Straw won the high jump and Emerald Larsen won the pole vault. The Amherst girls also won the 4×75 relay and added runner-up finishes in the 4×200, 4×1200, and shuttle hurdles.

The Wild Rose Track and Field teams swept their home meet. The boys swept the top two spots in the 100 with Landon Anderson and Connor Szilveszter, while Ricky Button won the 200, Ezra Mueller won the 400, Sackett Brooks took the 800, Andrew Lippert won the 1600, and Ben Olson captured the 300 hurdles. Wild Rose was especially strong in the field events, with Jacob Smith winning both the shot put and discus, Tucker Durham taking the high jump, Mueller winning the long jump, and Wyatt Bowen claiming the triple jump. On the girls side, Wild Rose was led by Celia Christensen, who won the 100 hurdles and long jump, while Bella VanderWerff won the 300 hurdles and triple jump. Makenna Jewell swept the throws with wins in the shot put and discus, and Wild Rose also picked up relay wins in the girls 4×100 and 4×800.
