SHAWANO, WI – Summer learning opportunities are returning for students in the Shawano School District, with registration now underway for both younger students and high schoolers. Associate Principal Deanna Arrowood says families can already sign up for Pre-K through 8th grade programs, which are available through the district’s online system.
Arrowood says the elementary and middle school summer session will begin May 27th and run Monday through Friday, offering students a chance to stay engaged academically during the break. She notes that parents can confirm enrollment details and access information through Skyward, making the process simple and accessible.
High school students will also have options this summer, particularly those looking to recover credits or get ahead. Arrowood says high school summer school will begin June 1st and run Monday through Thursday, with registration handled through paper forms available in the school office or student services.
District officials say the goal of the summer programming is to provide flexible learning opportunities for students at all levels, helping them maintain progress and prepare for the upcoming school year.
