CLINTONVILLE BASEBALL SPOTLIGHT IS SPONSORED BY CLINTONVILLE TORBORGS LUMBER

Clintonville heads into the 2026 season looking to turn the page after a challenging 2025 campaign that saw the Truckers finish 2-21 overall and near the bottom of the North Eastern Conference standings. While last year’s results were tough, the experience gained by underclassmen could prove valuable as the program looks to rebuild and become more competitive this spring.
The Truckers will rely heavily on returning players who saw significant varsity time a year ago, with several underclassmen now expected to step into larger roles both offensively and defensively. With a number of seniors from last season’s roster no longer in the mix, Clintonville will look to develop consistency at the plate after struggling to generate runs in 2025.
On the mound, finding reliable innings will be a key priority, as the Truckers work to establish a more consistent pitching rotation. Limiting runs and cutting down on defensive mistakes will be critical areas of focus, especially in a conference that features strong offensive teams like Wrightstown and Little Chute.
Despite the record last season, there are signs of growth within the program, including multiple players earning honorable mention all-conference recognition, showing that Clintonville has pieces to build around. The focus this year will be on development, competitiveness, and closing the gap within the conference.
If the Truckers can take a step forward in both pitching and run production, Clintonville has the opportunity to show noticeable improvement and begin building momentum for the future.
