The Wolves exploded early with five runs in both the first and second innings, setting the tone for the game. Manawa finished with 12 hits, including extra-base hits from multiple players, while also drawing seven walks to keep pressure on Tigerton’s defense. In the circle, Olivia Zielke was dominant, allowing just two hits while striking out nine over five shutout innings. Tigerton managed just two hits on the night and couldn’t slow down Manawa’s offense, as the Wolves cruised to a convincing victory.

Marion rallied late to pull off an 8-7 comeback win over Menominee Nation in a back-and-forth conference game Monday.
Menominee Nation jumped out early and carried a 7-4 lead into the final inning despite collecting just two hits, capitalizing on walks and Marion errors. The Mustangs responded in the bottom of the seventh, scoring four runs to walk it off and secure the victory.
Caitlin Keller led Marion at the plate with three hits and three runs scored, while Julia James added an RBI double.
Despite committing six errors, Marion delivered when it mattered most, using timely hitting in the final inning to complete the comeback win.

The Bears responded after trailing early, using a six-run fourth inning to take control of the game.
