Fox Valley Metro Championship – High Cliff Golf Course – Greenville
Seymour delivered a strong performance at the Fox Valley Metro Championship at High Cliff Golf Course in Greenville, finishing runner-up with a team score of 291, just seven strokes behind champion Kimberly (284).
The Thunder were powered by a standout round from senior Vince Sigl, who fired a 66 to tie for the low score of the day. Sigl’s performance put him shoulder-to-shoulder with Kimberly’s Tyler Steeno atop a highly competitive individual leaderboard and set the tone for Seymour’s impressive finish.
Seymour showed excellent depth behind Sigl. Junior Owen Sigl turned in a solid 70, placing himself among the top individual finishers, while senior Tristan Drath added a 77. Senior Henry Laurent followed with a 78, giving Seymour four golfers in the 70s, a key factor in their second-place team result.
Rounding out the lineup, sophomore Teage Cornell posted an 84 as Seymour held off a deep field that included multiple Fox Valley programs and second varsity squads.

@ Adams-Friendship – Northern Bay Golf Course
The Wautoma/Wild Rose Co-Op placed 6th at the 3rd South Central meet this year.
Leading the way for Wautoma/Wild Rose was junior Grant Kulibert, who fired a 44 to pace the squad and finish among the top individual performers on the day. Senior Skyler Royston followed closely with a 46, while junior Matthias Wright added a 47 to round out the team’s top three scores.
Also contributing for Wautoma/Wild Rose, junior Sophie Klimke posted a 53 and junior Colton Buechner carded a 56.
Berlin’s James Paskey earned medalist honors with a 41, edging a tightly packed leaderboard that saw multiple golfers finish within a few strokes of the top spot.

@ Green Bay Preble – Rolling Meadows Golf Course
The De Pere Redbirds Boys Golf team finished in 2nd at Rolling Meadows on Monday.
The Redbirds were led by an outstanding round from freshman Grant Lawton, who fired a 72 to finish tied for second overall individually. Lawton’s performance was one of the highlights of the day, as he went toe-to-toe with some of the conference’s top upperclassmen and helped anchor De Pere near the top of the standings.
Junior Cam Bjorge followed with a solid 76, giving De Pere another top-tier finish, while junior Cooper Eakin added an 80. Junior Jonah Garot carded an 81 to round out the team scoring, showcasing the Redbirds’ depth across their lineup.
Also contributing for De Pere, junior Bennett Reed posted an 83.
