Beckett Hartlaben led the way, striking out eight over seven scoreless innings while also collecting three hits at the plate.
The Bears’ offense stayed consistent throughout, tallying 13 hits and using aggressive baserunning to keep pressure on the Thunderbirds.
Joe Felhofer added two RBIs to help pace Bonduel’s scoring effort.
With the win, Bonduel continues its strong start to the season, improving to 6-1.

Hortonville delivered a dominant performance Monday, shutting out West De Pere 10-0 in a five-inning victory. The Polar Bears jumped out early with a pair of runs in the first inning and continued to build their lead with big innings in the second and third. Gary Wuest led the offense with a double and multiple total bases, while Xavier Enriquez also added an extra-base hit. On the mound, Isaac Behnke controlled the game, limiting West De Pere and keeping them scoreless throughout.

Shawano picked up a solid non-conference win Monday, shutting out Oconto 4-0 behind a strong all-around performance. The Hawks broke through in the second inning with two runs, then added insurance runs in the third and fourth to build control of the game.
Brody Schutt led the offense with a double and three total bases, while Shawano used aggressive baserunning with multiple stolen bases to create scoring chances. On the mound, T.J. Johnson was dominant, throwing a complete game shutout while striking out Oconto hitters and limiting them to just one hit.

Amherst 6, Nekoosa 5
Amherst walked it off in dramatic fashion Monday, scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh to edge Nekoosa 6-5.
The Falcons jumped out early with two runs in the first, but Nekoosa battled back and tied the game with a three-run seventh inning of their own.
Amherst answered immediately in the bottom half, capitalizing on pressure at the plate and aggressive baserunning to secure the win.
Despite recording just one hit, the Falcons worked six walks and stole seven bases to generate offense throughout the game.
Wyatt Beaudoin played a key role, driving in a run and striking out four over two innings on the mound to help seal the comeback victory.

Crivitz stayed unbeaten Monday, using a big sixth inning to pull away from Lena in an 8-3 victory. The Wolverines broke open a tight game with six runs in the sixth after leading just 1-0 through five innings. Colten Tarmann led the offense with two hits and two RBIs, while Crivitz took advantage of 11 walks to keep pressure on Lena pitching. On the mound, Jackson Schramm struck out 10 over more than five innings, with Colton Arpke adding five strikeouts in relief. With the win, Crivitz improves to 8-0 on the season and continues its strong early run.
