Bulldogs Get Huge Road Win Over Red Raiders

The New London Bulldogs picked up a solid nonconference win Tuesday night, defeating Wisconsin Rapids 44–30 on the road.
New London High School controlled the game with steady defense and balanced scoring, holding the Red Raiders to 30 points. The Bulldogs were led by Morgan Jones, who poured in 20 points to pace all scorers. Jenna Handschke added 8 points, while freshman Ella Grable chipped in 6.
New London’s defensive effort stood out, especially against a Wisconsin Rapids team that came in with a similar record and several recent wins.
With the victory, the Bulldogs move to 13–11 on the season, gaining momentum as the postseason approaches. Meanwhile, Wisconsin Rapids falls to 13–10.
