CLINTONVILLE, WI – The Clintonville Area Foundation has awarded nearly $20,000 in grant funding to support local nonprofit organizations serving the Clintonville community.
During its 2026 Grant Distribution Event held at The Living Room Coffee Shop, the foundation presented $19,850 in total funding to 13 charitable organizations. The Clintonville Area Foundation is an affiliate of the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and distributes grants annually through a competitive application process.
Foundation leaders say the funding will support a wide range of community needs, including nutrition assistance, clothing programs, emergency response equipment, mental health services, education, and local history preservation.
SAM 25, one of the recipients was there and Executive Director Kendra Brusewitz shared where the grant of $3,000 will be going. “The grant by the Clintonville Community Foundation was targeted towards our resource center and emergency shelter.”
Also among the recipients, The Clintonville Area Food Pantry also received $3,000. David Schmidt with the pantry shared where the grant would be going to, “The grant that was given to us will be going to produce and further research to bring fresh produce in.”
The Compassionate Connection Center received $3,000 as well. Olivia with the organization shared where their grant money will be going, “The intention for our grant is to have local, fresh produce each week in bags for students we are serving in our community.”
The Navarino Nature Center was also a recipient of $700. Executive Director Tim Ewing shared where that money is going, “We have a program that has a been a great success on bringing seniors out to the nature center and we are looking to expand that program.

Membership growth support, including recruitment, promotion, and scholarships for Clintonville Scouts. -
CAP Services — $1,000
Mental health support through home or classroom observation for children in the Clintonville Head Start program. -
Clarity Care, Inc. — $450
Installation of a new safety fence at the McKinley Group Home. -
Clintonville Area Ambulance Service — $3,000
Purchase of a Lifeline Arm CPR assist device to support emergency response. -
Clintonville Area Historical Society — $200
Fire-proof file cabinet to protect historic photos and records. -
Clintonville Goodfellows Association — $1,500
Winter coat distribution for local children. -
Community Clothes Closet — $2,500
Clintonville Traveling Closet program providing free clothing to families. -
Fox Valley Technical College Foundation — $700
Enhancements for English language learning classes at the Clintonville Regional Center. -
Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes — $400
Financial assistance and scholarships for local Girl Scouts and volunteers. -
Navarino Nature Center — $700
Senior Lunch and Learn program for education, meals, and social engagement. -
