WEYAUWEGA, WI – The Weyauwega-Fremont School District has added a new member to its safety team with the hiring of Devin Meeuwsen as its full-time School Resource Officer (SRO).
Meeuwsen comes to the district with law enforcement experience from the Oconomowoc area, where he previously served as a police officer. In addition to his patrol background, he brings valuable experience from the human services field in the Fox Valley, giving him a strong foundation in youth engagement and family support.
District officials say Meeuwsen has already begun his duties on campus, where he will focus on building relationships with students, assisting staff, and supporting school safety initiatives.
