TOWN OF PENSAUKEE, WI – A 34-year-old Milwaukee man died Monday night following a rollover crash on U.S. Highway 41 near Brookside Road in the Town of Pensaukee.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office says the crash was reported around 8:45 p.m., and deputies arrived to find the vehicle overturned in the west ditch. According to a preliminary investigation, the southbound vehicle drifted onto the median shoulder before the driver lost control, crossed both lanes of traffic, and rolled. The driver was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 31-year-old female passenger, also from Milwaukee, was transported to a Green Bay hospital with injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
