Shawano Police handled a series of calls throughout Sunday.The day began just before 1 a.m., when officers responded to a suspicious call on East Green Bay Street. Dispatch received precise location data from a cellphone, prompting multiple units to check the area. Officers were on scene within minutes and cleared after investigating the report.
A few hours later, around 3:15 a.m., police were called to Aspen Court for a reported disturbance. A caller reported fighting in an upstairs apartment but declined to give personal information. Officers made contact at the complex and worked to resolve the situation.
Around 5:15 a.m., Shawano officers assisted another law enforcement agency with a call on County Road B. No major issues were reported.
Later in the morning, the jail contacted police regarding a theft report. An inmate claimed that a large collection of bicycles and parts—valued at over $3,000—had gone missing from a residence and requested that the incident be documented. An officer met with jail staff and took the report for further review.

Around midday, officers investigated a found bicycle near the Shawano water tower on Engel Drive. The bike had reportedly been sitting there for several days.
And Sunday evening brought a noise complaint on South Smalley Street, where a caller reported loud music and flashing lights that had been occurring nightly for about a week. Police arrived, spoke with those involved,
Clintonville Police responded to a steady mix of calls.The day began around 12:30 a.m. with a 911 misdial on West 12th Street. Officers then handled several parking enforcement issues overnight, including stops on Hughes and Garfield, Wilson and Lincoln, and multiple locations along South Main Street.
Just after 3:20 a.m., police investigated a suspicious situation near South Main and 11th Street.
Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout on 7th Street before moving into several extra patrols on Anne Street, 20th Street, and Brent Street.
By midmorning, police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint on Harriet Street and a traffic issue near North Main and East 14th Street. A short time later, an ordinance violation was reported on Lincoln Avenue.
Just before noon, officers assisted with an ambulance call on 6th Street.
Later in the day, police took a fraud complaint on Wilson Street and handled additional traffic stops at Ginger Spur, West 1st and Bennett, and several locations along South Main Street.
Sunday evening brought a welfare check on South Clinton Avenue and a 911 call on North Clinton Avenue, followed by another suspicious activity report on North Main just before 11 p.m.
The day concluded with a late-night traffic stop on West Campus Drive.
The Shawano County Sheriff’s Office handled a busy stretch of calls throughout Sunday responding to everything from traffic crashes and animal incidents to lockouts and reckless driving complaints.
The day began shortly before 1 a.m. with deputies assisting another law enforcement agency at a location on East Green Bay Street. Around 3 a.m., deputies responded to a fire-related call in the town of Wescott.
Just after 4 a.m., officers handled a property-damage traffic crash at Highway 45 and Hummingbird Road, followed by a series of parking complaints, including multiple vehicles left near Highway 22 by the Oconto River.
A little after sunrise, deputies assisted with a vehicle lockout, where a dog was reported inside the car. Additional calls during the morning included another non-injury crash on Old Keshena Road, a sick or injured animal along Highway 45, and a ditch incident near Bonduel where a driver slid off the roadway.
The midmorning hours brought another car–deer crash, and deputies later assisted another agency as part of a related investigation. Just before noon, an inmate transport was requested after a medical issue at the county jail.
Around midday, deputies made a property-damage complaint after a resident reported a destroyed mailbox, possibly struck by a plow truck. Shortly after, a traffic hazard was reported along Highway 29, followed by a reckless-driving complaint on the same highway.
Deer collisions continued into the afternoon and early evening with additional reports near Wittenberg. Deputies also checked on a disabled vehicle partially blocking a lane on Highway 29.
A little after 5 p.m., officers handled a found-property call, then checked on a pedestrian walking in traffic near Shawano. A 911 hang-up followed, with deputies confirming no emergency.
The evening wrapped up with another assist call, a second disabled vehicle, and a juvenile alcohol complaint just after 10 p.m.
