CLINTONVILLE, WI – The Friends of the Clintonville Public Library are marking a special milestone this month, celebrating their 40th annual meeting and four decades of supporting local literacy, learning, and community engagement. The celebration is set for Thursday, October 16th at 6 p.m. at the Clintonville Public Library, and organizers say the event is free and open to the public.
This year’s annual meeting will feature guest author Bob Kinderman, who will share stories from his cross-country biking adventures and discuss his experiences writing both children’s books and adult fiction. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Kinderman in person and purchase copies of his books following the presentation.
Organizers say the milestone marks not just 40 years of fundraising, but 40 years of friendship, volunteerism, and a shared commitment to keeping the library at the heart of the Clintonville community.
