SHAWANO, WI – The Shawano School District is inviting families to its annual Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 26. The event gives students and parents a chance to meet teachers, tour classrooms, and get prepared for the upcoming school year.
Families with younger students can stop by Hillcrest, LEADS, and Olga Brener schools from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., while Shawano Middle School and High School will welcome students from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In addition to meeting staff and finding classrooms, families can access school supply lists through a QR code provided by the district.
The district says the event is an important way to help students feel ready and comfortable heading into the first day of school.
