Shawano, WI – Results Broadcasting’s family of radio stations are proud to announce Jamie Mastey as the 2025 Farm Woman of the Year. The 41st annual award recognizes outstanding
women in agriculture and their contributions to farming and the community.
Jamie Mastey, nominated by her daughter Ashlie Mastey, has been a dedicated farmer alongside her husband Dominic since 1994. Together, they built Mastey Farms from a small tie-stall barn
into a thriving dairy operation that now milks 130 cows and ships 11,500 pounds of milk daily.
Jamie plays a vital role in daily operations, from calf care to bookkeeping, and is an advocate for 4-H and FFA programs.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science from Ohio State University, Jamie continuously seeks educational opportunities, attending farm business courses and industry seminars to
enhance farm management. She also plays an active role in planning the Shawano County Futurity, supporting local agricultural traditions.
Results Broadcasting General Manager, Eric Voight, stated, “Jamie’s dedication and involvement with the management of their operation, her family, and many farm-related
organizations in the community brought her nomination to the top of the list.”
In recognition of her dedication, Jamie received a commemorative plaque and a $500 award, presented by Midwest Farm Report Farm Director, Pam Jahnke.
Congratulations to Jamie Mastey, our 2025 Farm Woman of the Year!
