SHAWANO, WI- A Tigerton man, Benjamin L. Joos, 43, has been indicted for allegedly assaulting a postal worker with a shotgun, according to court documents.
The indictment, issued on October 8, alleges that on September 24, Joos “knowingly and by means of a dangerous weapon, namely a shotgun, forcibly assaulted, opposed, impeded, intimidated, and interfered with a female postal worker while she was on duty.”
No information has been released regarding the condition of the postal worker.
If convicted, Joos could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
