SHAWANO, WI-The Shawano School District is hosting a community listening session on July 18 from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Shawano Middle School cafeteria/commons area.
The purpose of the session is to present information and gather feedback about a potential referendum proposal. District Superintendent Kurt Krizan will lead the session, presenting relevant facts and a revised facilities proposal for community feedback. Architects from Hoffman Construction Company, who are assisting the district will also be present.
No final referendum project has been approved by the Board of Education; a decision is expected in August. To ensure the community can provide input before the final proposal is decided upon, the session is open to all interested individuals.
