Keshena, WI – A former resident of Keshena and Wausau, Charles Parham, 42, was sentenced on Monday to 12 years in prison for drug trafficking in two Northeast Wisconsin tribal communities.
Parham was indicted in December 2023 and pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. He was convicted on April 10, 2024.
According to a news release, in September 2023, an undercover agent purchased approximately five grams of heroin from Parham on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Keshena. At the time, Parham was already under investigation for selling controlled substances in the Wausau area.
