WAUPACA, WI- The Wittenberg-Birnamwood Girls took first place while the New London Bulldogs finished second in both the boys and girls competitions.
Faith Resch of Wittenberg-Birnamwood won both Hurdles events as well as the High Jump and Triple Jump to lead the Charger Girls. Macy Reybrock led New London with wins in the 400 and 800 and was part of the winning 1600 Relay team. Elsie Abba added to the Bulldogs success with a win in the 1600 Run. Olivia Santos of Manawa was the winner in the Discus.
On the boys side, Nathan Gorman of Manawa was the winner in the High Jump and Long Jump, and finished second behind Hunter Beebe of New London in the Triple Jump. New London won the 3200 Relay and got wins from Jarret Bolen in the 800 and Alex McGlin in the 300 Hurdles. Patrick Paque of Manawa wo the other hurdles event. Xzaver Pittman of Waupaca was the winner in the 100 Dash and teammate Nathan Lemkuil won the 400.
PESHTIGO, WI- Oconto Falls, Gillett, Menominee Indian and Lena/St Thomas were among the teams competing in the Peshtigo Track Meet.
Emma Meissner of Oconto Falls won the 3200 and finished second in the 1600. Eva Brooks of Lena/St Thomas won the 100 Hurdles and the High Jump, while finishing second in the Triple Jump.
Bradyn Wendorff of Gillett was second in the 1600. Zander Thomson of Lena/St Thomas finished second and third in his two hurdle events and was second in the High Jump.
WEYAUWEGA, WI- The Weyauwega-Fremont girls and boys both took first place in their own hosted track meet. On the boys side, Jayson Munoz won both hurdle events and Dawson Lind was first in the 100 and was part of two winning relay teams. The Warhawks did well in the field events with Ethan Koplein, Cole Schwirtz and Broc Billington won the High Jump, Pole Vault and Long Jump respectfully.
The Warhawk girls got wins in multiple events. The girls swept all four relays and Lauren Feltz won both hurdle events. Other winners include Calla Benjamin in the 1600, Olivia Sedlar in the Pole Vault, Chamille Birdyshaw in the Long Jump and Olivia Schneider in the Triple Jump. Gresham/Bowler got wins from Addison Fischer in the 100, and Isabella Stevens in the Shot Put as well as the High Jump. Marion’s Kennedy Zuniga won the 400.
