GREEN BAY, WI- A Keshena resident, John Miller, 42, has been indicted on three charges including kidnapping, assault, and strangulation by a federal grand jury. According to court records, Miller allegedly strangled a woman he previously had an intimate relationship with until she lost consciousness. Following this, he reportedly attempted to kill her by assaulting her. Subsequently, he confined her inside a vehicle trunk in an effort to conceal his actions.
If found guilty on all counts, Miller could potentially face a sentence of up to 50 years in prison along with fines reaching $750,000.
