WAUPACA, WI- Waupaca County Board Chairman Dick Koeppen passed away Wednesday morning at the age of 83.
Koeppen recently served many years as Chairman of the Waupaca County Board and recently announced that the term ending next week was going to be his last. Koeppen announced his non-candidacy earlier this year.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
