De Pere Triumphs Over Marquette in WBY Shootout
Zach Kinziger led the De Pere Redbirds to a 78-61 victory over Marquette at the Rick Majerus WBY Shootout held at Concordia University. Kinziger showcased an outstanding performance, scoring 27 points, including seven successful 3-pointers. Will Hornseth contributed 22 points, and Roan Demovsky added 11 to secure the win for De Pere (9-0).

Wega Falls in Auburndale Semifinals
the Auburndale Eagles secured a 65-46 win over the Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks in Auburndale. Kaden Anderson played a pivotal role, scoring 23 points and grabbing 13 rebounds to lead the Eagles. Caden Weinfurter added 15 points and nine rebounds, contributing to Auburndale’s well-rounded performance. Despite a 24-point effort by Brayden Arndt, including 14 points in the second half, and Parker Wilson’s 10 points, Weyauwega-Fremont couldn’t overcome the Eagles’ dominance. The Warhawks will play Augusta on Friday.

Holding an 11-point lead at halftime, the Polar Bears maintained their advantage throughout the game. Ethan Joling led the scoring for Hortonville with 17 points, while Aiden Rogers contributed 12 points to the team’s success. Hudson’s Tyler Lessard led their offensive efforts with 19 points.
Brillion 55, Shiocton 40
In a spirited matchup, the Brillion Lions emerged victorious against the Shiocton Chiefs, securing a 55-40 win in Shiocton. Grady Geiger showcased an outstanding performance, contributing 32 points, including 14 baskets and a 4-of-5 record from the free-throw line. Shiocton’s Connor Bergsbaken led his team with eight points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Brillion’s offensive prowess.
Wrightstown 80, Valders 69
The Wrightstown Tigers showcased their shooting prowess, making 15 3-pointers in an 80-69 victory over the Valders Vikings. Aiden Humphreys led Wrightstown with 26 points, closely followed by Grant Lamers and Ethan Cyra, both scoring 14.

The Waupaca Comets dominated the first half, securing a 76-65 victory over the Winneconne Wolves. Henry Mouw led Waupaca with an impressive 32 points, while Riley Bechard added 22 points, and Aaron Wolff contributed 15.
