WAUPACA, WI- Accused of causing a fatal crash resulting in the death of four siblings, Scott Farmer is now confronted with not only felony homicide charges but also four additional citations issued by Waupaca County.
The charges stem from the tragic incident on December 16, where Daniel, Fabian, Lilian, and Daniela Gonzalez lost their lives. Farmer is scheduled to appear in court on December 26 to address these initial charges.
This week, the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department slapped Farmer with four citations, alleging offenses such as possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle, driving the wrong way on a divided highway, reckless driving, and speeding on an expressway. Court records indicate a February 20 court date for all four citations.
Currently held in jail with a $750,000 cash bond, Farmer faces a complex legal battle involving both serious felony charges and additional citations related to the fatal crash.
