SHAWANO, WI- In an effort to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the CTH Q bridge, the Highway Department has announced plans for temporary road closure and essential repair works, set to commence on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 7:00 am.
The maintenance operation, which includes crucial bridge deck repairs, will span across Monday and Tuesday. The project’s goal is to finalize the repairs promptly and have the road accessible to the public by Wednesday, October 18, at 8:00 am. The Highway Department will promptly notify the local dispatch once the road is reopened on Wednesday.
During this scheduled maintenance, the CTH Q bridge will be completely closed to all traffic, and access will be restricted for the duration of the project. The precise location of the closure is situated 0.2 miles South of Pike Ln.
