APPLETON, WI- The Shawano Hawks dropped to 0-3 on the season, falling to Fox Valley Lutheran 42-20 on Thursday. The Foxes used a balanced attack with over 400 yards of offense, including 30 rushes for over 200 yards by running back Jack Egan. After going down 17-0, the Hawks battled back in the second half with two long scoring strikes from Jerzy Brocker to Logan Sipple. The Hawks cut the lead to 17-12 before the Foxes pulled away again. Egan ended up with three touchdown runs as the Hawks struggled in stopping the run. Brocker threw 161 yards and led the team in rushing yards.
