WAUPACA, WI- Waupaca took over first place in Dairyland standings with a 3-0 win over league leading Hortonville on Sunday. Cam Seidl and Jack Eagan shut down the Hortonville Stars allowing only 3 hits and striking out 13. Brenden Canterbury and Luke Behm both hit a home run to lead the Lakemen offensively.
Shawano 12, Pulaski 5
Pulaski Reds lost to Shawano lobos 12-5. Nick Dagneau took the loss. The Reds were held to 5 hits on the day.
Hofa Park 10, Navarino 0
The Hofa Park Panthers, defeated the Navarino Rangers buy a score of 10–0 in seven innings. Rob Schuettpelz got the win on the mound, throwing all seven innings, allowing three hits. Mason Dorn collected three hits on the day. Peyton Dorn, Brinton Anderson, and Trevor Cornell each added two hits apiece. The Panthers plated two runs in the bottom of the first inning and seven in the bottom of the fourth.
Nichols 3, Cecil 2
The Nitros won another close game, beating Cecil 3-2. Jake DeBruin was 4 for 4 at the plate with all of the RBIs for the Nitros.
