APPLETON WI- A Fremont man has been convicted of a ninth drunk driving offense. 60-year-0ld Allen Mande was in court on Monday and is facing three years in prison when he is sentenced in December.
Mande pleaded no contest in court. Prosecutors are recommending a three -year prison term. The maximum sentence could be 16.5 years in prison.
Mande was arrested back in February after a vehicle crash in Dale. A blood test put his BAC at .133, according to court records.
He was also arrested in May of 2010, February of 1999, August, September and October of 1998, April of 1997, August of 1990 and July 0f 1989, all for drunk driving.
