OCONTO, WI- Oconto County authorities accuse a man of recording a teenage girl while she was taking a shower. When a search warrant was executed, investigators say they found the video on Michael Bullock’s computer. They say the victim seemed unaware of the hidden camera. Investigators think the video was shot in the spring or summer of 2020 when the victim was 15 years old. Bullock has been charged with invasion of privacy and capturing an intimate representation without consent.
