Escapee Caught, Returned To Jail

GREEN BAY, WI- Freedom lasted just 25 hours for a Brown County Jail escapee.  Thirty-five-year-old Justin J. Dietrich got away through the jail’s loading dock area Monday at about 10:30 a-m and was captured the next day at about 11:45 a-m.  A police dog was used to bring Dietrich into custody when he wasn’t cooperative.  Investigators are trying to determine who helped him.  Jail officials say his escape has led to changes in procedures at the loading dock and kitchen access area.
