WAUPACA, WI- A double homicide case from 1992 is moving forward in Waupaca County Court after a delay. Suspect Tony Haase made a Monday court appearance with his new attorney. The case had been delayed while he chose a legal representative. Haase is accused of stabbing Tanna Togstad and Timothy Mumbrue to death 30 years ago in a rural area of the county. Investigators say the murders were prompted by a snowmobile crash that killed Haase’s father 15 years before. Haase is scheduled to return to court in late October.
