
Dale H. Suehring, age 76 of Tigerton passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 18, 2022, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Appleton.
Dale Harvey Suehring was born on June 10, 1946, at Tigerton Hospital to Harvey and Ella (Bublitz) Suehring. He graduated from Tigerton High School in 1964. He was married for a brief time to Sandy Sanders and the couple were blessed with three sons.
Dale was a true handyman who could fix just about anything. He worked some time as an auto mechanic at the Pontiac dealership in Clintonville. He had been employed a short time at Natzke’s Milk Service, Tigerton, and then as a manager at Bumper to Bumper, Clintonville. Dale worked for many years as a tractor mechanic at Peterson Built Products, Embarrass. He also repaired small engines for awhile at Mid County Co-op, Shawano. Finally, he repaired tractors for some years at Gretzinger Sales & Service, Clintonville, until retiring in 2010.
Dale was united in marriage on June 2, 1984, to Dawn M. Clauson at St. John Lutheran Church, Town of Grant, and they were blessed with two sons, Dean and Daniel. He was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church. The couple dairy farmed in the Town of Grant, Shawano County, for many years. Dale was an old car enthusiast and he liked listening to 50’s and 60’s rock music. He enjoyed the outdoors whether he was trap shooting, fishing, or hunting. Dale especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Dawn; son, Rev. Dean (Megan) Suehring, and their children, Jacob, Andrew, and Evelyn; son, Daniel (Kristy) Suehring, and their children, Henry, Carly, Marcus, and Josie; and son, Michael (Melissa) Suehring, and their children, Michael, Chase, Arianna, and Ella. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Allen and James Suehring.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 23rd at 11:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, Town of Grant. Rev. Aric Fenske will officiate and burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Tigerton. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the church.
