GREEN BAY, WI- The case against a Green Bay woman accused of hanging her two dogs to death is moving forward. Pamela McNeill waived her preliminary hearing during a Tuesday court appearance. She is scheduled to be arraigned next month. McNeill is charged with two counts of felony mistreatment of animals causing death. Brown County investigators say she told them she killed both of her dogs when they started growling at each other. She admitted neither dog snapped at her or tried to bite her.
