SHAWANO, WI- The Shawano County Sheriff’s Department has taken Ann Retzlaff into custody on Wednesday.
Shawano County Sheriff officials say she was taken into custody at the Wilderness in Wittenberg on a body-only warrant from Shawano County. She also has a body-only warrant from Menominee County for failure to appear.
“This is the third time that we have arrested her and hopefully her bail amount is either revoked or really high,” said Shawano County Sheriff Adam Bieber. “We have been actively looking for her and following leads, but we knew she was out of state.”
Bieber said they learned that she was in Florida and also spent time out east and recently returned back to the area.
Earlier this month, Shawano County Judge William Kussel recused himself from Retzlaff’s case.
In January, Retzlaff had her cash bond revoked.
