Federal prosecutors report one of the four people involved in a woman’s drug overdose death has reached a plea agreement. Stephanie Greenspon’s burned body was found on the Menominee Reservation August 20th, 2020. Kayla Childs was scheduled to appear but she agreed to plead guilty to obstruction of justice. Prosecutors will recommend a 30-month prison term. Investigators say Timothy Snider tried to conceal the death and was helped by Childs, Keith Wilber, and Emerson Reed. The four allegedly moved a vehicle onto the reservation and set it on fire with Greenspon’s body inside.
