CLINTONVILLE, WI- The Clintonville football lost their homecoming opponent for Friday night. Earlier in the week, it was reported that Peshtigo had a COVID-19 situation and cancelled the game due to not having enough players. After multiple attempts to find an opponent turned up empty, administration decided to offer entertainment in the form of flag football.
” We collectively decided on a flag football intersquad scrimmage with modified homecoming game activities/recognitions,” said Superintendent Troy Kuhn. “We encourage you to attend and show your support for Clintonville High School.”
The schedule includes a tailgate party until 5:00pm with the Varsity soccer game vs Ashwaubenon at 4:00 and the Senior Night Recognition starting at 6:15pm. At that time, the Homecoming Court will be introduced and the game will start at 6:30pm.
