KESHENA, WI-\Due to what is being reported as a rising number of COVID-19 cases, the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin has issued an emergency order that requires facemasks inside facilities. Emergency Order 19 is effective immediately and requires masking inside institutions, businesses, offices, and stores regardless of vaccination status. In addition, all events that are hosted by the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin are suspended for now. The mandate includes Pow Wows, culture camps, graduation ceremonies and events that involve a large number of people. Proper social distancing is also in effect.
