DE PERE, WI- West De Pere won both the boys and girls team score at their home quadrangular on Tuesday, but once again Shawano had a strong day and finished second on both sides. The Hawks had 12 first-place finishes.
On the girl’s side, the highlight was Isabel Roloff who placed first in the 100 dash and set a new school record (12.52) in doing so. She also was first in the 200 dash and was Shawano’s only multi-event winner of the day.
Other first-place finishes were Odessa Arce in the 800m, Grace Chelberg in the 3200. Aubree Zastrow was first in the 300 hurdles, Morgan Weinig was first in the Shot Put and the 4×800 relay team of Lily Gunther, Grace Chelberg, Timea Kovacs and Brooke Theis was first.
West De Pere ended up with a score of 110 and Shawano 90. Green Bay East and Seymour finished way back with 19 and 17 points respectfully.
On the boy’s side, the Hawks found success with field events. Jackson Smits won the Shot Put, Elliot Lowney won the High Jump, Gage Timm won the Triple Jump and Reef Anthony won the Pole Vault. Connor Chelberg was first in the 800 run.
The race for first place in team scores was not as close. The Phantoms scored 141 while Shawano had 64. Seymour was third with 31 and Green Bay East had 11.

The New London Boys took first place in the Quadangular.
The Bulldogs won three relay events and Owen Schlueter won both the Long Jump and Discus. Other winners include Aaron Solberg in the 300 Hurdles, Kyle Wisniewski in the High Jump and Nick Tews in the Pole Vault
Xavier was led by Max Oberbrunner who won the 100 and 200 dashes.
On the Girls side, New London seven first-place finishes. Three relay teams took 1st place. Macy Reybrock in the 400, Nadia Banaszarski in the Pole Vault, Bre Hacker in the Triple Jump and Amelia Mares in the Discus.
Xavier was led by Kylie Mccormick with first-place finishes in the 100, 200 and Long Jump

NORTH EASTERN CONFERENCE MEETS
Luxemburg Casco Girls and Little Chute Boys came out on top of the standings Tuesday in Little Chute.
Boys- Little Chute 97, Lux Casco 56, Clintonville 29
Freedom 164, Denmark 41.5, Marinette 40, Oconto Falls 26.5
Blake Kortz won the 110 Hurdles and 300 Hurdles and won High Jump and Triple Jump for Freedom. The Irish also got first place winners in all relays.
Tucker Moynihan of Oconto Falls was first in the Shot Put.
Freedom 134.5, Marinette 62.33, Oconto Falls 29.67, Denmark 15.5
Linnea Willer won Shot Put and Discus
Oconto Fall’s Olivia Krahn was first in the 800 and 1600. Waupaca’s Sienna Lauritzen won the 300 Hurdles.
