A De Pere man could face decades in prison if he is convicted of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl. Jeffrey Belisle has a Brown County Circuit Court appearance this week. Belisle was formally charged with the repeated sexual assault of his girlfriend’s cousin last December. The woman noticed what she called disturbing behavior between Belisle and the young girl. She asked the victim if he had touched her inappropriately. When the girl said yes, the woman reported the situation to De Pere police.
