TOWN OF UNDERHILL, WI- One person died in a single vehicle crash early Monday morning in Oconto County.
Sheriff Officials were dispatched to County VV at Kalaus Road in the Town of Underhill around 3:10 AM. A vehicle was found one fire in a wooded area. The investigation determined that the vehicle was traveling east and left the road and entered a ditch.
Officials say the driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle and the name has not yet been released.
The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Underhill Fire Department, City of Gillett
Fire Department and the Gillett Area Ambulance Service. An ongoing investigation is being
conducted by the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Brown County Medical Examiner’s
Office.
