GRAND CHUTE, WI-The teen charged in a fatal shooting at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute is waiving extradition to Wisconsin. Seventeen-year-old Dezman Ellis was arrested in Des Moines, Iowa on a first-degree intentional homicide warrant Thursday.
Ellison agreed to return to Outagamie County to face charges during a hearing Friday. Bond has been set at 750-thousand dollars. Investigators say Ellis fatally shot 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto of Neenah Sunday following an argument about an ex-girlfriend in the mall food court.
