SHAWANO, WI- A summary judgement hearing in a legal dispute between two Shawano County municipalities and the Antigo School District takes place Monday in Shawano County Circuit Court.
A Mattoon-based Christian Community group, Shepherd’s Watch is attempting to purchase a vacant school building. The legal dispute includes the Village of Mattoon and the Town of Hutchins.
Monday’s judgement will occur before Judge William Kussel Jr.
