WITTENBERG, WI- A Wittenberg man is $100,000 dollars richer. Sidney Hall Jr. claimed the top prize in the Wisconsin Lottery’s 2020 Holly Jolly Raffle.
The winning ticket was purchased in Sparta, Wisconsin.
Hall says he purchased several tickets for this year’s raffle and plays every year. He plans to use some of his winnings to help family and friends.
