MILWAUKEE, WI – (Wisconsin Radio Network) – Seton Hall’s Shavar Reynolds scored seven of his 11 points in the final 42 seconds of the Pirates’ 70-63 win over Marquette Thursday night. The Golden Eagles had mounted a furious comeback to wipe out an 11-point deficit and tie the score. It was Seton Hall’s fourth straight win. D-J Carton’s 16 points led Marquette. Theo John blocked four shots and Dawson Garcia had a dozen rebounds. Marquette has had an up-and-down season so far, with wins over top-10 teams Wisconsin and Creighton while suffering three losses. The Golden Eagles will take a 5-and-3 record into Sunday’s Big East game at undefeated Xavier.
