SEYMOUR, WI – Seymour Police have taken a 18-year-old male and a 15-year-old juvenile into custody after a traffic stop led officers on a chase.
Seymour police attempted to pull over a vehicle, allegedly being operated by the 18-year-old male. Police say the driver sped away and drove down a dead end road.
According to police, both occupants fled by food and got away from officers and later returned to their vehicle and took off again. An officer on scene got in front of the vehicle, but the driver continued to accelerate, forcing the officer to get out of the way.
The vehicle was eventually stopped and the 18-year-old was arrested for a probation violation, Fleeing and officer, Resisting an Officer, Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia.
The juvenile was referred to the County Juvenile Intake.
