SHAWANO, WI – The City of Shawano has opened boat launches for use.
The opening allows for fishing, boating, waterskiing and tubing.
City officials say they are all good ways to enjoy the outdoors and observe social distancing at the same time.
Annual boat launch permits are still available at City Hall. Those interested in obtaining one need to ring the doorbell and a staff member will assist.
