SHAWANO, WI – Presidential Primary will be held on April 7, 2020, from 7:00 Am to 8:00 PM.
City of Shawano residents that typically vote inside City Hall will see some changes for this specific election.
Due to the continued concern regarding to COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Shawano will hold their election in the City Hall parking lot under large tents to keep workers and residents as safe as possible.
Please note that the parking lot entrance closest to City Hall will be blocked off starting on Sunday. The city will be limiting the number of staff that will be present that day, please prepare for the potential to have to wait longer than you are typically used to prior to obtaining your ballot.

If the weather proved to be too much of a challenge, the City of Shawano would then go to the normal election set up of being indoors, however with very limited number of voters in the building at a time.
On election day, tax and court payments can be placed in the drop box located to the left of City Hall’s front door.

City of Shawano Residents can still vote curbside in-person absentee ballots at City Hall Thursday until 7:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
