WAUPACA, WI – A New London teen who allegedly stole a vehicle from the Rawhide Boys Ranch last week is facing felony charges.
17-year-old Donquil McLemore is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent as well as fleeing officers.
The report alleges that McLemore was driving up to 108 miles per hour south of Clintonville.
According to the complaint, he was traveling at speeds of 65 miles per hour in the city before blowing a tire.
He was taken into custody at gunpoint was could be sentenced up to 19 years in prison if convicted.
